"He gently leads those that have young." (Isaiah 40:11)

Every selfless act that goes unnoticed,
Every thought that adds to the mental load,
Every tear that's shed in a heart that's yoked,
Is all in the gaze of the One who beholds.
The forgotten identity of your past self,
The panic ignited by your child's cry,
The endless monotonous daily tasks,
Are never invisible to the Creator's Eye.
When your weary heart is overwhelming you,
When motherhood culture is condemning you,
When doubts and fears are louder than truth,
Look to the One who will lead you through.
The God Who Sees enters into your space,
The crowded mind, the weary pace;
And whispers as He cups your face,
"I see you," voice full of grace.
"When you are hungry, I will satisfy.
When you need changing, I will refresh.
When you are tired, I will renew.
When you need comfort, I am Your rest.
As you give all to care for My child,
I will give all to care for you.
Trust in me, precious Mama,
And I will parent your soul, too."
